Your right

You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information and of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising. Using this right is free. We will not punish you for it: no denial of service, no different prices, no worse treatment. There is one honest consequence to know about: delivering your loan request to lenders is the service. If you opt out and have not yet submitted a request, we cannot send a future request to lenders unless you consent again at that time.

What happens after you submit a request on this page

1. We stop. Once your request is processed, we no longer sell or share your personal information going forward.
2. We suppress. We add you to our internal do-not-sell list and check it before any sale, sharing, or marketing.
3. We confirm. We record your request and your choice, the same way we record every consent decision, including declines.
4. We wait before asking again. We will not ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months after you opt out.

You do not need an account, and you do not have to prove who you are with documents. We may ask for enough information, such as your name and email address, to find your records and make sure we apply the opt out to the right person. We only use that information to process your request.

What this does not do

Opting out stops future sale and sharing. It does not reach backward. If we already delivered your loan request to a lender, lending network, or routing platform before your opt out, that recipient is an independent business that controls its own copy of your information under its own privacy policy. We cannot delete or recall information from a company that already lawfully received it. If you want a recipient to stop using or to delete your information, contact that recipient directly. If you are not sure who received your request, submit an access request through the contact methods published on this Website and we will tell you what our records show.

Opting out of sale is also not the same as unsubscribing from messages. To stop marketing texts, reply STOP to any marketing text. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You can also use the contact methods published on this Website for any of these choices. Transactional messages about a request you already submitted may continue where the law allows, because they are about your request, not marketing.

Browser signals

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt out of sale and sharing for that browser or device. If you also want the opt out tied to your name and records, submit a request on this page.

Deletion is also available

If you want your information deleted from our systems, not just excluded from sale, you can make a deletion request through the contact methods published on this Website. Deletion requests are verified and are subject to record keeping exceptions allowed by law, including the record of your opt out itself, which we must keep to honor it.
