Cookie and Tracking Notice
Last updated 2026-07-14
This notice explains what Swiftlendly stores on your device when you use this Website, and why. It is written to match what the Website actually does today, not what similar sites typically do.
The short version: this Website uses only the small number of items it needs to work and to keep the site safe. It does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or social media trackers. If that ever changes, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
What we use today
A bot check from Cloudflare Turnstile. Before you can submit the loan request form, the Website runs a check from Cloudflare called Turnstile. It helps confirm that a real person, not an automated program, is filling out the form. Turnstile may set a cookie or use similar browser storage to complete this check. This protects you and the Website from fraud and abuse. Cloudflare acts as a Service Provider for this purpose. You can read how Cloudflare handles this in Cloudflare's own privacy documentation.
A staff sign-in cookie. Employees and authorized staff of the Website Operator sign in to an administrative area to do their jobs. That sign-in uses a session cookie. If you are a visitor applying for a loan, this cookie is not set in your browser. It exists only for staff accounts.
Temporary storage of your in-progress answers, on your own device. While you fill out the loan request form, the Website saves your in-progress answers in your browser's session storage so you do not lose your place if the page reloads. This storage lives on your device, not on our servers. It does not include sensitive fields such as your Social Security number or bank account details. It is cleared automatically when you close the browser tab.
That is the complete list. Each of these is strictly necessary, which means the Website cannot work properly or safely without it.
What we do not use today
- No advertising or retargeting cookies
- No cross-site tracking or third party ad networks
- No social media pixels or plugins
- No analytics cookies that identify you personally
If this changes in the future
We may later add tools that go beyond what is strictly necessary. Two examples we are considering:
- Remarketing. Technology that lets us show you reminders or offers on other websites or apps after you visit this Website.
- Lead certification. A service such as TrustedForm or Jornaya that records proof of how and when you gave consent on our form, which helps document your consent to lenders and regulators.
If we add any tool like these, we will update this notice before the tool starts running, describe what it does in plain words, and ask for your consent where the law requires it. We will not quietly turn on tracking and leave this notice stale.
Your choices
Because everything we use today is strictly necessary, there is no cookie banner asking you to accept optional tracking. There is nothing optional to accept.
You can still control your browser. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear session storage in their settings. If you block the items described above, parts of the Website may stop working. In particular, the bot check must run before the loan request form can be submitted.
Choices about how we share your personal information are separate from cookies. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, visit our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page on this Website. Our Privacy Policy explains those rights in full.

Changes to this notice
When we change this notice, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. For changes that add non-essential tracking, we will ask for consent where the law requires it before the new tracking begins.
