Electronic Records and Signatures Disclosure

Last updated 2026-07-14

Please read this before you agree to receive records electronically. It explains what you are agreeing to, what you need in order to receive electronic records, and the choices you keep.

What this consent covers

If you agree, the Website Operator, doing business as Swiftlendly, will deliver disclosures, notices, and other records about your loan request to you electronically instead of on paper. Electronic delivery means we may show records to you on this Website, or send them to the email address you give us, including as PDF attachments or as links to records you can view online.

This consent covers records from the Website Operator about your loan request. It does not cover documents from any lender or other company that receives your request. If a lender wants to send you its own documents electronically, that lender will ask for your consent separately.

If you agree, you also agree that you can sign documents on this Website electronically, and that your electronic signature counts the same as a signature on paper.

You can get paper copies, free of charge

You can ask for a free paper copy of any record we deliver to you electronically. We do not charge a fee for paper copies. To request a paper copy, use the contact methods published on this Website and tell us which record you want. Asking for a paper copy does not cancel your consent to electronic records.

You can withdraw this consent at any time

You do not have to keep this consent. You can withdraw it at any time, free of charge, using the contact methods published on this Website. Tell us that you no longer want to receive records electronically.

If you withdraw your consent:

  • Your withdrawal takes effect after we have had a reasonable time to process it.
  • We will deliver later records to you on paper, using the mailing address you gave us.
  • Records we already delivered to you electronically stay valid. Withdrawing does not undo them.
  • Withdrawing this consent does not cancel your loan request. It only changes how we deliver records to you. Paper delivery is slower, so responses to your request may take longer to reach you.

What you need to receive electronic records

To receive and keep electronic records, you need:

  • a device, such as a phone or computer, with internet access;
  • a current version of a common web browser;
  • an email address you can access and check;
  • software that can open PDF files, and enough storage to save them or a printer to print them.

Most current phones and computers already meet these requirements. If we ever change our systems in a way that creates a real risk you could no longer access or keep your records, we will tell you what changed and you may withdraw your consent at that time, free of charge.

Keep your contact information up to date

We deliver electronic records using the email address you give us, so it is important that it stays current. If your email address or other contact information changes, update it using the contact methods published on this Website.

Your consent and what it shows

By checking the electronic records and signatures box on the loan request form, you are signing this consent electronically. Because you read this disclosure and check that box online, in the same way we will deliver your records, checking the box also reasonably demonstrates that you can access records in the electronic form we will use.

If you cannot read this disclosure on your device, do not check the box, because that means electronic delivery may not work for you. You can contact us instead using the contact methods published on this Website.
