Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-07-14
This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of swiftlendly.com (the "Website Operator," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and sells personal information when you visit swiftlendly.com (the "Website") or submit a loan request through it.
Please read this before you submit a loan request. The short version: we are a lead generation service, not a lender. When you submit a loan request and give your consent, we share and sell your information to independent lenders, lending networks, and routing platforms so they can consider your request. That is how this service works and how we are paid.
1. Who we are and what we do
Swiftlendly is a lead generation website for consumer personal installment loans. The Website Operator is not a lender, does not make credit decisions, and does not fund loans. We collect your loan request, store it, and, with your consent, deliver it to one or more Participating Providers, which are independent lenders, lending networks, and routing platforms. We may be paid by those recipients, and compensation, eligibility criteria, geography, and routing rules may affect which recipient gets your request. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, an offer, a rate, a term, or funding, and we do not compare all available providers.
2. Information we collect
When you use the Website or submit a loan request, we collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identity information, such as your name, date of birth, and Social Security number
- Contact information, such as your email address and phone number
- Address information, such as your street address, city, state, ZIP code, and housing status
- Employment and income information, such as your employer, income amount, pay frequency, and pay method
- Banking information, such as your bank name, routing number, and account number
- Government identifier information, such as your driver's license or state ID number and issuing state
- Loan request details, such as the amount you are requesting and the purpose you select
- Device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions with the Website, collected through server logs, cookies, and similar technologies described in our Cookie and Tracking Notice
- Consent records, meaning the text of each consent you were shown, whether you agreed or declined, and when
We collect this information directly from you when you fill out the loan request form, and automatically from your device when you use the Website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information for these purposes:
- To receive, store, and process your loan request
- To deliver your loan request to Participating Providers, with your consent
- To verify your identity and protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats
- To send transactional messages about your loan request, such as confirmations and status updates
- To send marketing communications, but only if you gave the separate optional consents for marketing calls, texts, or emails, and only until you revoke them
- To respond to your questions and privacy requests
- To keep records of your consents and choices, including declines
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the Website
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
4. We share and sell your information
This is the most important part of this policy, so we will say it plainly.
When you submit a loan request and give your consent to lead transfer, we disclose your loan request, including the personal information in it, to Participating Providers: independent lenders, lending networks, and routing platforms. We may receive money or other compensation from these recipients in exchange for your information. Under several state privacy laws, this is a sale of personal information, and it may also count as sharing for targeted advertising purposes. We do not hide behind softer words: we sell leads. You have the right to opt out, described in Section 8 and on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
A few important limits on this:
- We only deliver your loan request to Participating Providers if you gave consent. If you decline, we do not send it.
- Sensitive fields in your request, such as your Social Security number, bank routing and account numbers, and driver's license number, are shared only with recipients that have passed our vendor diligence review covering data protection commitments.
- Once a Participating Provider receives your information, that provider is an independent business responsible for its own use of your information under its own privacy policy. We do not control what a provider does with information it lawfully received.
We also disclose personal information to:
- Marketing Partners, the companies listed on our Marketing Partners page, but only your contact details and only if you gave the separate optional consent to marketing calls and texts, so they can contact you as that consent describes
- Service Providers that work for us, such as hosting, security, fraud prevention, analytics, and communications vendors, under contracts that limit their use of your information to providing services to us
- Successors in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, if the business changes hands
- Authorities and other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security
We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 18.
5. How we protect your information
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. In particular, your most sensitive fields, including your Social Security number, bank routing and account numbers, and driver's license number, are encrypted at the application level using a separate encryption key for each application. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security, but we treat these fields with heightened protection.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, dispute, and record keeping obligations, and then we delete it on a scheduled basis. Consent records are kept as long as needed to document your choices and our compliance. When you make a verified deletion request, we delete your information sooner, subject to the exceptions allowed by applicable law, such as records we must keep to honor your opt out or meet legal requirements.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of these rights:
- Access: ask us to confirm whether we process your personal information and to give you a copy of it
- Deletion: ask us to delete personal information we collected from you
- Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of sale or sharing: tell us to stop selling your personal information or sharing it for targeted advertising
- Non-discrimination: we will not deny you the service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right. If you opt out of sale before submitting a request, we cannot deliver your request to lenders, because delivering it is the service; that is a consequence of how the service works, not a penalty.
Exercising these rights is free. You will never be asked to waive them, and any term that claims you waived them does not apply.
8. How to opt out of sale or sharing
Visit our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page at swiftlendly.com/do-not-sell and submit a request. Once we process it, we stop selling or sharing your personal information going forward and add you to our internal suppression list, which we check before any marketing. Opting out does not undo deliveries that already happened; Participating Providers that already received your information are independent businesses and you may need to contact them directly about their use of it.
We also honor the Global Privacy Control. If your browser or device sends a GPC opt out signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser or device, and we will connect it to your account if we can reasonably do so. We do not respond to older Do Not Track browser signals, because there is no settled standard for them; use GPC or the /do-not-sell page instead.
9. How to submit a privacy request and how we verify it
You can submit access, deletion, and correction requests, and any other privacy request, through the contact methods published on this Website. To opt out of sale or sharing, the fastest route is our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page at swiftlendly.com/do-not-sell.
To protect you, we verify requests before acting on them. We will ask you to confirm information you already gave us, such as your name, email address, and other details from your loan request, and we may ask a follow up question if the match is uncertain. We only use verification information to verify you. If we cannot verify a request, we will tell you and explain what else we need. An authorized agent may submit a request for you if the agent provides proof of your written permission and we can still verify your identity.
We respond within the time required by applicable law and will tell you if we need more time. If we deny a request, we will explain why, and where applicable law provides an appeal process, we will tell you how to appeal.
10. Marketing communications and your choices
Transactional messages about your loan request, such as confirmations, are part of processing your request. Marketing calls, texts, and emails are separate and only happen if you gave the separate optional marketing consents. The marketing calls and texts consent covers Swiftlendly and the companies listed on our Marketing Partners page; the marketing email consent covers Swiftlendly only. You can revoke marketing consent at any time by any reasonable means, for example by replying STOP to any marketing text, using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or using the contact methods published on this Website. Revoking marketing consent does not affect your loan request. We check our suppression list before sending marketing.
11. Cookies, analytics, and tracking
Today the Website uses only a small set of strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies, for security, bot protection, staff sign-in, and keeping your place in the form. Our Cookie and Tracking Notice lists each item. We do not currently use advertising, retargeting, or personally identifying analytics cookies. If we add tools that go beyond what is strictly necessary, such as analytics, marketing, retargeting, or lead certification, we will update the Cookie and Tracking Notice and this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it. If any future retargeting involves sharing information with advertising partners, the opt out in Section 8 covers it. Your browser settings and the Global Privacy Control give you choices about these technologies.
12. Children
The Website is intended for adults 18 and older in the United States. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal information of anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 gave us personal information, contact us through the contact methods published on this Website and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we handle information we already collected, we will take reasonable steps to notify you before the change applies to that information. We keep prior versions of consent language on record; we do not rewrite the consent you actually gave.
14. Contact us
