If you consent, we sell your loan request, including the personal information in it, to lenders, lending networks, and routing platforms, and we may share information with advertising partners. We are paid for this; it is how a free loan request service works. You have the right to opt out.

How long we keep it. Only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations, then it is deleted on a schedule. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Your choices. You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information at any time on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page at swiftlendly.com/do-not-sell. If you opt out before submitting, we cannot send your request to lenders, because that delivery is the service.
